Housing Visions is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Cicero, NY property. The role is full-time and requires managing both interior and exterior upkeep to uphold curb appeal and building standards.

The position operates Monday–Thursday 7:00 am–4:30 pm and Friday 7:00 am–11:00 am, with rotating on-call evenings and weekends. Benefits are included as part of a generous package.

Salary Range: $24.00 To $26.00 Hourly

The Maintenance Supervisor position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends at our Cicero property located at 8701 Knowledge Lane. Pay range is $24-$26/hr.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the interior and exterior physical appearance (curb appeal) and upkeep of all assigned housing units. In a proactive fashion, ensures the units and buildings in the assigned region meet Housing Visions standards for integrity, quality through the oversight, sharing and completion of items in a safe manner such as work orders, turnovers, and projects. In a timely manner, communicates significant incidents, issues and or concerns to the Property Manager.
