Housing Visions is seeking a Maintenance Superintendent in Auburn, NY to join our full-time team. The role requires hands-on maintenance of residential units, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, with on-call duties for evenings and weekends at our Auburn property.

This Maintenance Superintendent position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am-11:00am, must be available for on-call for evenings and weekends at our Auburn property located at 92 Clark St. Pay range is $24-$26/hr.

• Occasional night and weekend hours; also must take on call hours.
