Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a HVAC and EPA certified Maintenance Supervisor for Wood Valley Apartments in Thomasville, GA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily properties and experience with HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical and carpentry.

Responsibilities include directing staff, delegating assignments, ordering parts, scheduling services, and handling repairs from wall work to A/C and heating.

Qualifications

• Must have at minimum of 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience and 7 year maintenance experience.
• Must be HVAC/ EPA licensed and available to work overtime.
• Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• This candidate must be able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule.
• CPO certifications preferred.
• Must have reliable Transportation.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required

We are seeking a HVAC and EPA certified Maintenance Supervisor for Wood Valley Apartments in Thomasville, GA.

This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties. Experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.
