Envolve Community Management in Dallas, TX is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Carpenter's Pointe Apartments. You will lead maintenance staff, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of maintenance experience, including 3+ years in supervision, HVAC/EPA license, and a toolkit-ready approach with safety in mind.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience, with 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• HVAC/EPA licensed.
• Own hand tools and HVAC, plumbing & electrical tools.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely.
• On-call availability when required.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background screening and drug test required.

Currently, we are searching for a qualified Maintenance Supervisor to work at Carpenter's Pointe Apartments in Dallas, TX.

Main Duties

Responsible for directing other staff members.

Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.

Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.

Some duties will include wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of MaintenanceExperience with 3 yearsin a supervisory capacity.

Must be HVAC/ EPA licensed.

Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.

Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.

Must be able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule when requested.

CPO certifications preferred.

Reliable Transportation.
