Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a HVAC and EPA certified Maintenance Supervisor for Wood Valley Apartments in Thomasville, GA. The role requires a strong background in multifamily properties and hands-on work across HVAC, appliances, plumbing, electrical and carpentry to deliver excellent resident service.

You will direct staff, assign work orders, review parts, and schedule repairs while handling wall repairs, A/C and heating units, doors, cabinets and closets.

Qualifications

• Must have at minimum of 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience and 7 year maintenance experience.
• Must be HVAC/ EPA licensed and available to work overtime.
• Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• This candidate must be able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule.
• CPO certifications preferred.
• Must have reliable Transportation.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required

Responsibilities

We are seeking a HVAC and EPA certified Maintenance Supervisor for Wood Valley Apartments in Thomasville, GA.

This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties. Experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Duties

• The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing other staff members.
• Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
• Some duties will include wall repairs, A/C and Heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
