Envolve Community Management seeks an HVAC and EPA certified Maintenance Supervisor for Wood Valley Apartments in Thomasville, GA. This role requires a strong background in multifamily properties with HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.

The Maintenance Supervisor will direct staff, delegate assignments, and ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner. Must have 3+ years supervisory experience and 7+ years maintenance, EPA license (Universal preferred), own

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience and 7 years maintenance experience.
• HVAC/EPA licensed, with universal preferred.
• Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.

Responsibilities

• Directing other staff members.
• Delegating assignments to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Reviewing and ordering parts or scheduling services for resident repairs.
• Duties include wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
