Job summary

Envolve Community Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a Jacksonville, FL area apartment community. The role requires leadership over maintenance staff and strong multitasking across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

The ideal candidate has significant maintenance experience, HVAC/EPA licensing, and the ability to handle emergency on-call duties while maintaining high resident service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 3 years of Maintenance Supervisory Experience and 7 years maintenance experience.
• Must be HVAC/EPA licensed and available to work overtime.
• Must have own hand tools and any specialized tools for HVAC, plumbing & electrical.
• Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
• This candidate must be able to accommodate emergency on-call schedule.
• CPO certifications preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required.

Responsibilities

• Directing other staff members and delegating assignments as needed to ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Reviewing and ordering parts or scheduling services needed to complete resident repairs.
• Performing wall repairs, A/C and heating repairs, doors, cabinets and closets as required.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the community supervisor.

Job Details

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at one of our apartment communities around the Jacksonville, FL area.

This individual must have a strong background in multifamily properties. Experience to include HVAC, appliance, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.

Duties

• The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for directing other staff members.
• Delegating assignments if needed to assure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.
• Review and order parts or schedule services needed to complete resident work order repairs.
