Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage the operation and maintenance of our hotel properties. You will work alongside Engineering leaders to ensure facilities meet brand and guest expectations.

The role requires experience in hospitality engineering or facility management, plus the ability to read blueprints and manuals. A strong customer service mindset and independent work style are essential to succeed in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality engineering or facility management required.
• Able to read and use blueprints, diagrams, manuals and manufacturer’s specifications.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining and leading the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support Engineering leaders to ensure maintenance standards meet White Lodging and guest expectations.
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take corrective action of maintenance issues.
• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates.
• Additional reasonable duties as required.

What You’ll Do

• The Maintenance Supervisor will assist with maintaining, leading, and managing the operation and maintenance of the hotel.
• Support the Engineering leaders with ensuring the hotel's maintenance and upkeep standards meet White Lodging, Brand, and Guest standards
• Determine defects, troubleshoot malfunctions, and take necessary corrective action of maintenance issues
• Assist with training hourly maintenance associates
• Additional reasonable duties as required.
