Job summary

White Lodging is seeking a maintenance technician to uphold hotel upkeep and safety standards. You will support the Chief Engineer, maintain engineering areas, and complete tasks with safety and professionalism while coordinating with supervisors on tools and materials.

Responsibilities include checking fixtures, lighting, and signs, maintaining spare parts, and performing other duties as assigned. At least one year in maintenance is required.

• Ability to perform general carpentry, plumbing, and painting duties and operate hand and power tools.

What You’ll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Ability to perform general carpentry, plumbing, and painting duties and operate hand and power tools.
• Basic working knowledge of general maintenance with a desire to continue developing in a trade area (e.g., electrical, carpentry).
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally, and ability to stand and move for long periods of time.
• At least one year of maintenance experience required.
