Join Our Team as a Maintenance Supervisor with Richman Property Services, Inc. in Tampa, FL!

Are you community-inspired, passionate, and proactive? We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our growing team at Grande Oaks Apartments, a 168-unit multi-family community in Tampa, FL.

What We Offer

• Competitive salary, quarterly pay increases after 90 days, $40/month cell phone allowance
• Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
• Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, with a one-hour lunch
• Company-paid CPO and CAPM certifications in required regions

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance management experience in similar communities
• Ability to manage and assist in hiring maintenance staff
• EPA I & II or EPA Universal certification (required)
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property repairs and maintenance
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy
• Manage service requests and response times
• Maintain curb appeal and cleanliness
• Recruit, train, and supervise maintenance and grounds staff
• Manage supplies, tools, and vendor work
• Ensure OSHA standards and safety protocols
• Maintain records and logs
• Provide excellent customer service and pursue personal growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical courses preferred
• Experience in maintenance supervision in apartment communities
• Proficiency with Yardi software (a plus)
• Certifications: EPA Section 608 Type I & II or Universal; CAMT and CPO may be required within 6 months
• Proficient in English for communication and documentation
