Are you hands on, detail oriented, and ready to play a key role in the success of a dynamic property management company? Join Associa as the Maintenance Supervisor at one of our beautiful residential communities and contribute to the efficient operations of our team. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential community support to our residents, property management team at one of our communities in St. Petersburg, FL.

The hourly rate starts at $25-30.00 per hour based on experience.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining, and enhancing the community with preventative maintenance and hands on projects to support safe and quality living at our community. This position is responsible for organizing, performing and supervising operations of the community maintenance program for the building and grounds. This role requires routine maintenance skills and a general knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, housekeeping, and related fields.
