Responsibilities

  • Supervises, plans, coordinates and evaluates the maintenance function for assigned campus(es) to ensure proper maintenance of equipment, facilities and/or grounds.
  • Directs and assigns maintenance personnel; assists as needed.
  • Communicates with department managers regarding status of work orders.
  • Analyzes work orders to ensure tools/materials are available; prepares requisitions.
  • Directs and coordinates work orders and prioritizes tasks.
  • Engages with vendors regarding purchases and contracts.
  • Maintains records of work orders, pricing, personnel, and payroll certification.

Compensation Range:$48,722.98 - $77,291.46Position Summary:Hiring Compensation Range: $ 48,722.98 to $53,595.27 depending on qualifications.Position Description:The position supervises, plans, coordinates and evaluates the maintenance function for assigned campus of the College to ensure proper maintenance of equipment, facilities and/or grounds.Job Duties:Supervises, plans, coordinates and evaluates the maintenance function for assigned campus(es) of the College to ensure proper maintenance of equipment, facilities and/or grounds.• Supervises, plans, directs, assigns and evaluates maintenance personnel; assists maintenance personnel with performance of work as needed.• Communicates and meets with department managers regarding status of incoming and completed work orders.• Analyzes work orders to ensure appropriate tools and/or materials are available; prepares requisitions for tools and/or materials as needed.• Directs and assigns work orders. Evaluates and coordinates work orders according to priority.• Meets and works with vendors regarding purchases and contracts.• Maintains accurate records of work orders, pricing, personnel, etc., and prepares and approves payroll certification.• Performs other similar and related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:The position requires at least an Associate’s degree or two-year College equivalent (at least 60 undergraduate hours) and at least three years of prior-related work experience.
