Position Details

• Reports to: Property Manager
• Compensation: $23 - $25 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Maintain regular attendance, representing Banyan Living and our property owners.
• Require reliable transportation.
• Arrive on time and be prepared to lead the team daily.
• Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Be flexible with working hours during high-demand maintenance periods.
• Preferably have 3+ years of supervisory experience in maintenance.
• Undergo a background check; employment contingent on findings.
• Comply with the Employee Handbook and Policies & Procedures.
