Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Near Corpus Christi, Texas

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + 12% 401K

Our team is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support manufacturing lines in the coil processing, stamping, and tubing industry. The role involves analyzing current work processes and data to improve KPIs, creating and maintaining preventive maintenance processes, troubleshooting equipment, and executing capital improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Systems Engineering
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process and KPI improvements
• 3-5 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
• Steel Service Center experience (preferred)
• Industrial Electrical Maintenance experience (a plus)

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
• Strategic, technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
• Experience with high-frequency tube welding and steel coil slitting (a plus)
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Attention to detail and teamwork abilities
• Basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
• Experience with automation control systems and installation
• Ability to analyze capacity, resources, and operational data for productivity improvements
• Data analysis skills for KPI tracking and continuous improvement
