Jobot in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a Mechanical and Electrical maintenance team. You will develop maintenance procedures, supervise repairs, and coordinate with contractors to keep production reliable and safe.

The role requires at least 2 years in a maintenance leadership role, PLC troubleshooting, and strong knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. On-site environment with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance leadership role (Lead or Supervisor) within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in PLC troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Solid understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Excellent knowledge of industrial equipment and ability to manage and lead teams.
• Strong team leadership skills with a commitment to collaborative problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to implement them in a work setting.
