Responsibilities

• Track equipment history, downtime, completed maintenance, and upcoming PMs.
• Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical components are available.
• Coordinate planned maintenance with production to minimize downtime.
• Support equipment troubleshooting and repairs when needed.
• Assist with equipment installations, rebuilds, and capital projects.
• Work with maintenance personnel, production teams, and outside vendors.
• Help improve equipment reliability and overall maintenance processes.

This position will focus heavily on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), preventive maintenance planning, CMMS management, spare parts inventory, and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate has a strong industrial maintenance background and understands the hands‑on side of troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.

What You'll Do:

• Capital project experience is a plus
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience is preferred, but not required
