The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee and perform routine and preventive maintenance to maintain the community's physical integrity. This role includes supervising and training maintenance personnel, managing budget planning, and working with the community manager to ensure effective cost control procedures and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing customer service and relations, and managing systems for handling service requests
• Performing, delegating, overseeing, and inspecting all maintenance tasks
• Researching, recommending, hiring maintenance contractors and vendors, and overseeing their work
• Performing floating duties as assigned
• Ensuring contracts, scope of work, and insurance requirements are satisfied before work begins, overseeing projects, and releasing payment upon completion

Qualifications:

• Previous management experience including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, locksmithing, and staff supervision
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance; driving record must meet eligibility requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
