Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and mentor the Maintenance Team, overseeing maintenance and capital improvement needs of an assigned FPI-managed site, aiming to meet client expectations within the operating capital budget and management agreement.

Pay: $26 - $27 / Hour

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of maintenance personnel, including technicians, grounds keepers, housekeepers, and cleaners.
  • Implement daily and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Inspect the property regularly and complete maintenance requests promptly.
  • Perform routine repairs and inspections to ensure proper operation and appearance.
  • Serve as on-call emergency maintenance during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ensure safety and compliance in all maintenance activities.
  • Prepare properties for inspections and ensure compliance with standards such as NSPIRE, MOR, TCAC, CALFHA, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Maintain inventory and tools, and adhere to safety and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 2 years of leadership experience in residential property management or related fields.
  • High School diploma or equivalent; industry certifications preferred.
  • Ability to wear a respirator and be medically cleared for duty.
  • Proficiency in English and basic computer skills.
