Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical training or related certificates preferred.
  • 4-5 years of industrial manufacturing maintenance experience required.
  • 2-5 years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, and facility maintenance systems.
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals.
  • Proficiency using diagnostic equipment such as multi-meters, amp meters, oscilloscopes, and related testing instruments.
  • Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct a team of 1-2 maintenance personnel.
  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work orders with plant management to support production schedules and minimize downtime.
  • Plan and assign maintenance projects related to facility repairs, equipment installations, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Obtain quotes and coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, technical services, and equipment-related projects.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and facility-related issues.
  • Perform electrical installations, wiring modifications, and equipment connections to support manufacturing operations.
  • Maintain and repair plant communication systems, including telephone and in-house communication equipment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, sketches, equipment manuals, and technical drawings.
  • Level, align, install, and secure machinery, equipment, and auxiliary systems.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of manufacturing equipment including laminating machines, molding machines, ovens, vacuum chambers, compressors, machine tools, electric motors, and powered hand tools.
  • Complete plumbing repairs and installations, including pipes, valves, fixtures, toilets, and leak repairs.
  • Perform basic welding and brazing as required for maintenance projects.
  • Oversee facility maintenance including painting, flooring repairs, concrete refinishing, grounds maintenance, and general building upkeep.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and preventive maintenance standards.
  • Assume additional supervisory responsibilities within production areas when needed.

Pay:up to $85,000
Duties:
