The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of our maintenance department, ensuring that all machinery and equipment are functioning optimally to support our production goals. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic, exceptional problem‑solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily activities of the maintenance department, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and increase productivity.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent understanding of safety and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.
