Job summary

Jobot is seeking a dynamic Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and reliability in a high-volume production facility. You will lead a team of technicians and drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 5 years in maintenance management, with strong knowledge of HACCP, hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC programming, and budgeting. CMRP is a plus. Location-based salary reflects the U.S. market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in a maintenance management role within manufacturing.
  • Proficient knowledge of HACCP, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, facility management, project management, budgeting, team leadership, welding, hydraulics, and PLC programming.
  • Strong leadership with a proven track record of managing and developing a high-performing team.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as PLC programming.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
  • Budgeting skills with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
  • CMRP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for equipment and machinery.
  • Oversee and manage the maintenance budget for cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead and manage the maintenance team, fostering teamwork and continuous learning.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage repair and replacement of machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and process improvement.
  • Oversee project implementation to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and HACCP standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of maintenance best practices.

We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and results-driven Maintenance Manager to join our clients thriving Manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company's facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in Maintenance Management to lead a team of dedicated technicians and ensure our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • 1. Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program to ensure the optimal performance of all equipment and machinery.
  • 2. Oversee and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency in all operations.
  • 3. Lead and manage the maintenance team, fostering a culture of teamwork, continuous learning, and excellence.
  • 4. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • 5. Manage the repair and replacement of machinery and equipment, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuity of operations.
  • 6. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate and schedule maintenance activities.
  • 7. Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and process improvement.
  • 8. Manage and oversee project implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

  • 5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • 6. Solid understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as PLC programming.
  • 7. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
  • 8. Strong budgeting skills with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency.
  • 9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • 10. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification is a plus.
