The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance supervision within manufacturing, extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and hands-on CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent understanding of safety and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily activities of the maintenance department, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and increase productivity.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with production management to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to manufacturing operations.
• Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment, initiating reordering when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage maintenance budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient use of resources.
• Continuously evaluate the performance of equipment and systems, recommending improvements or upgrades as necessary.
• Keep abreast of latest manufacturing technologies and systems to improve maintenance processes.

We are currently seeking a seasoned, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic manufacturing team.
