Jobot in Bowling Green, KY is seeking a Maintenance Technician to provide timely support across facility operations and manufacturing equipment. You will keep systems running safely and at peak performance, performing routine and emergency maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of industrial systems including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and more.
• Hands-on with tools, diagnostics and repair equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics and technical documents.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently and stay organized.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from operations and support teams.
• Conduct preventive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes to minimize downtime.
• Source and research parts needed for repairs and ongoing maintenance.
• Partner with production and leadership to complete work with minimal disruption.
• Accurately track labor, materials, and repairs within the maintenance system.
• Assist in maintaining preventive maintenance schedules and equipment records.
• Support continuous improvement efforts focused on reliability and efficiency.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming maintenance parts and materials.
• Follow all safety standards and regulatory requirements at all times.

Position Overview

Provide timely and efficient maintenance support across facility operations and manufacturing equipment. This role plays a key part in keeping systems running safely, reliably, and at peak performance.
