We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating the activities of the maintenance team to ensure all maintenance operations are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Developing and implementing maintenance procedures, monitoring systems, and preventive maintenance programs to uphold high standards of work.
• Maintaining a safe work environment at all times!

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance role in either one of the following settings: mill, manufacturing, or industrial.
• Proven experience in maintaining complicated mill machinery of all types.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software and other related technological tools.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
• A relevant certification or degree in construction, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
