Job summary

APG is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Ocala, FL. The role leads daily maintenance operations, oversees preventive programs, and ensures timely completion of work orders and turnovers across residential communities.

You will train staff, coordinate contractors, and manage inventory while reporting maintenance needs to management. This full-time position requires flexibility for emergencies and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and property systems.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage inventory.

Job Details

• Location: Ocala, FL 34474 - May be required to temporarily support other APG properties during emergencies or periods of operational need.
• Schedule: This position is not limited to a standard 40-hour workweek. Work hours may extend beyond regular business hours based on operational demands. Must be available to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours, as needed.
