Job summary

APG is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Florida properties to oversee daily upkeep and ensure high resident satisfaction. You will lead a maintenance team, schedule preventive programs, and coordinate contractors to keep units ready for turnover.

Based in Hilliard, FL, this role requires at least 3 years of apartment maintenance leadership, a strong knowledge of property systems, and the ability to respond to emergencies after hours.

Qualifications

Job Details

• Location: Hilliard, FL - May be required to temporarily support other APG properties during emergencies or periods of operational need.
• Schedule: This position is not limited to a standard 40-hour workweek. Work hours may extend beyond regular business hours based on operational demands. Must be available to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours, as needed.
