Job summary

APG is a trusted property management company delivering exceptional living experiences across its residential communities. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, lead preventive maintenance programs, and ensure timely completion of work orders and turnovers.

You will train and support maintenance staff, coordinate contractors, maintain inventory and records, and communicate project updates to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years apartment maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and property systems.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations.

Job Details

• Location: Hilliard, FL - May be required to temporarily support other APG properties during emergencies or periods of operational need.
• Schedule: This position is not limited to a standard 40-hour workweek. Work hours may extend beyond regular business hours based on operational demands. Must be available to respond to emergency maintenance requests outside of regular business hours, as needed.
