The Maintenance Supervisor role is essential to property operations in Punta Gorda, FL, with responsibilities spanning daily supervision, preventive maintenance, and staff development.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of apartment maintenance experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate contractors while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance and property systems.
• Ability to coordinate contractors and manage inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure timely completion of work orders and unit turnovers.
• Train and support maintenance staff.
• Coordinate contractors and vendor services.
• Maintain inventory and maintenance records.
• Communicate project updates and maintenance needs to management.
• Responsible for ensuring the team?s service requests are completed within 24 hours.
