Brookside Properties seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at a large, 502‑unit multifamily community in Noblesville, IN. The role emphasizes ownership, resident satisfaction, and team leadership in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has HVAC and extensive maintenance experience, with a proven track record managing a sizable onsite team, coordinating turns, and ensuring safety and compliance across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• At least 2 years in a Maintenance Supervisor role leading a team.
• Experience overseeing maintenance for a large apartment community (400+ units preferred).
• EPA Certification is required.
• Strong HVAC diagnostic and repair expertise.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, drywall, painting, and general maintenance.
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations for a 500+ apartment home community.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a large onsite maintenance team.
• Coordinate apartment turns to support occupancy goals.
• Prioritize and oversee resident service requests with high customer service levels.
• Implement preventative maintenance programs and conduct property inspections.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, and systems.
• Manage maintenance inventory, vendor relationships, and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA standards, and local regulations.
• Participate in the property's emergency on-call rotation.

What You’ll Do
