Job summary

Brookside Properties is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for the Icon Lakewood property in North Little Rock, AR. You will perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, respond to resident service requests, and help maintain grounds and amenities to high standards.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and HVAC repair experience; EPA Type II/Universal certification is preferred. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance or multifamily housing preferred.
• HVAC repair and troubleshooting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain property grounds and amenities for cleanliness and safety.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards.
