Job summary

Unknown company seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance activities in a high-volume food production environment. You will troubleshoot equipment, coach technicians, and partner with production to maximize uptime.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
  • 2-4 years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of 480v electrical systems.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
  • Food manufacturing experience (meat or RTE preferred).
  • Familiarity with HACCP, LOTO, GMPs, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work in a refrigerated environment.
  • Strong computer skills (CMMS, Microsoft Word, Excel).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Provide hands-on coaching and technical guidance to maintenance technicians
  • Support PLC troubleshooting (Allen-Bradley) and production systems such as cookers, spice delivery systems, and spiral freezers
  • Oversee preventive maintenance scheduling and executionMaintain accurate CMMS records for work orders, PMs, and parts usage
  • Collaborate closely with production leadership to minimize downtime
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food safety standards

an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance activities within a high-volume production environment.
