Job summary

Provide is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a maintenance team, improve equipment reliability, and optimize preventive maintenance in a facility in Wisconsin. You will coach technicians, prioritize tasks, and ensure safe operations while guiding cost-efficient resource use.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial maintenance, 3+ years in leadership, CMMS proficiency, and experience with safety protocols (LOTO, arc flash). Food manufacturing GMP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems

• Degree or diploma in Industrial Maintenance or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians

• Develop detailed job plans, maintenance schedules, and technician routes

• Collaborate with production scheduling to align downtime
• Investigate and prioritize maintenance requests
• Improve CMMS data accuracy and utilization
• Promote safety culture and enforce safety protocols while driving cost efficiency
