Job summary

Jobtailor in New Mexico is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead the DBSG assets maintenance team, drive strategic planning, and ensure safe, reliable operations.

You will develop high-performance cultures, manage schedules, coordinate with Reliability, and help shape the maintenance program and budget.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three years of maintenance experience required.
• Oil and gas industry experience required; midstream preferred.

• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations of the business.
