Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Coordinator in West Carrollton, OH to coordinate all maintenance activities and support asset reliability in the natural gas sector.

The role requires five years of maintenance experience, planning skills, and proficiency with Maximo, Oracle ERP, and Power BI. You will collaborate on training needs and budget forecasting while maintaining accurate equipment history.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of maintenance experience, preferably as a technician, lead, or planner.
Minimum two years of planning experience.
Minimum three years of experience in the natural gas industry.
Maximo Power User Training completed.
Proficiency in Oracle or a similar ERP system.
Proficiency in Power BI.

Responsibilities

Coordinate all routine and non-routine maintenance activities.
Identify inspection, equipment, and material procurement resources required for maintenance tasks.
Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate schedules to internal and external customers.
Maintain accurate equipment history and reliability data.
Drive and influence consistent application and improvement of processes.
Identify efficient system operating modes in real time and initiate adjustments to achieve optimum conditions.
Collaborate with others to identify and suggest training needs.
Identify and communicate standard practices.
Support budget development and forecasting updates.
Verify maintenance duration and scope of work with others.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Preferred: vocational/associate degree in a technical field
