Maintenance Planner – DOT Compliance

Job summary

Jobtailor in Ohio seeks a Maintenance Planner to coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance activities, identify resources, and communicate schedules to internal and external customers. You will maintain equipment history and drive process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in maintenance, 2+ years planning, and experience in the natural gas industry, with Maximo, Power BI, and Oracle ERP proficiency, plus DOT compliance knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years of maintenance experience required.
• Minimum two years of planning experience required.
• Minimum three years of natural gas industry experience required.
• Experience preferably as a technician, lead, or planner.
• Prior experience supporting and maintaining compliance with DOT Pipeline Safety Regulations (49 CFR Parts 192 and 195) preferred.
• Aptitude and ability to use technology and applications to improve operational efficiency.
• Experience developing scope and detailed job plans for preventative and maintenance work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and PC skills.
• Maximo Power User Training completed.
• Strong skills in Oracle or a similar ERP system.
• Proficient in Power BI.
• Vocational/associate degree in a technical field preferred.
