Role Description

The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role located in Lehi, UT, responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations at the property. This position coordinates daily maintenance activities, including scheduling and assigning work orders, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring timely completion of repairs. The Maintenance Supervisor conducts regular property inspections, manages preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment, and ensures compliance with safety standards and company policies. The role includes hands‑on work in diagnosing issues, performing repairs, working with vendors and contractors, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The Maintenance Supervisor collaborates closely with the property management team to support resident satisfaction, unit readiness, and overall asset preservation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Candidates should possess equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance skills to keep building systems and machinery operating efficiently.
• Candidates should possess maintenance & repair skills covering electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general building upkeep.
• Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues quickly, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Relevant experience in residential or multi-family property maintenance, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and OSHA standards.
• Ability to use maintenance management software and basic computer applications.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with residents, team members, and vendors.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in maintenance trades (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment, work in various weather conditions, and perform physical tasks as required.
