Job summary

Brookside Properties is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for The Collins in Myrtle Beach, SC. Lead maintenance operations across buildings and grounds, respond to service requests, and train the maintenance team while ensuring OSHA/EPA/Fair Housing compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal – required.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• CPO certification and pool maintenance experience – a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Respond to service requests and turn units efficiently.
• Lead and train maintenance and grounds staff.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing).
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and maintenance budget.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
