Job summary

Brookside Properties’ The Huntley in Aiken, SC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across multiple buildings. You will oversee grounds, amenities, and ensure timely turnarounds while upholding safety standards.

Applicants should have 2+ years of multifamily maintenance, HVAC/electrical/plumbing skills, EPA Certification, and strong leadership. A high school diploma or GED is required, with good driving record and tools for hands-on work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required.
• Skilled in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• CPO certification and pool maintenance experience a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Respond to service requests and turn units efficiently.
• Lead and train maintenance and grounds staff.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing).
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and maintenance budget.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
