Job summary

Brookside Properties in The Huntley, Aiken (SC) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance across multiple buildings and grounds. You will oversee operations, respond to service requests, and train staff to ensure safe, compliant, high-quality living spaces.

Required: 2+ years in multifamily maintenance with EPA Type II or Universal certification; strongHVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry skills; HS diploma or GED. Pool/CPO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) – required.
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• CPO certification and pool maintenance experience – a plus.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and basic tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for buildings, grounds, and amenities.
• Respond to service requests and turn units efficiently.
• Lead and train maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing).
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and maintenance budget.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
