Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and Planner to develop work schedules.
• Assist in planning daily tasks and assign them to skilled tradespeople.
• Communicate workforce concerns regarding equipment and repairs to management.
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.
• Support TPM activities.
• Manage and track work orders using the system.
• Lead the workforce to achieve productivity goals.
• Oversee time and attendance tracking.
• Perform daily facility inspections to identify issues.
• Conduct training and development for skilled tradespeople.
• Support local apprenticeship programs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Maintenance supervisory experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Proficiency with computers.
