What You Will Contribute:

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for asset reliability in a safety-first, continuous improvement environment. They plan and supervise preventive maintenance and repair of production equipment, support building infrastructure needs, and lead the maintenance team. Contractors may also be managed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Job Duties:
  • Support safety and environmental programs; ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Address unsafe acts or conditions promptly.
  • Maintain effective housekeeping and organization.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards for maintenance activities and contractors.
  • Understand and manage the planned maintenance system and schedules.
  • Oversee repairs of machinery and equipment, coordinating with relevant departments.
  • Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs, and manage asset records.
  • Prioritize work requests and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Develop and review preventive maintenance procedures and schedules.
  • Manage spares inventory and procurement for maintenance needs.
  • Handle personnel activities including training, performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
  • Train and supervise maintenance personnel, optimize schedules, and oversee installations and remodeling projects.
  • Analyze maintenance metrics to improve plant performance.
Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years in Maintenance or Manufacturing, with management experience preferred.
Qualifications:
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CMMS systems preferred.
  • Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • Extensive knowledge of facility functions, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Manufacturing/office environment; may include outdoor work and PPE use.
  • Prolonged standing, walking, and ladder climbing required.
