Position Responsibilities

• Maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs, conduct failure and root cause analysis.
• Ensure a safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance, conduct shop safety inspections, and enforce lock-out/tag-out procedures.
• Maintain equipment and plant operations to company standards.
• Handle service calls and machinery repairs promptly; support mechanics with troubleshooting.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of related experience and 0-1 years of supervisory experience, or
• High School Diploma or Technical Certification with 6+ years of specific experience and 1-2 years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification, or Bachelor’s Degree.
