Job summary

Atrium Centers Marshall Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep the center safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents and staff. You’ll supervise the maintenance team, ensure equipment and systems operate safely, and manage daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within healthcare or long-term care (preferred).
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage.
• Knowledge of state rules and regulations governing facilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable with excellent attendance.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise the facility’s daily maintenance operations and team members

• Manage supplies, maintenance schedules, and departmental budgets

• Support regulatory readiness and ensure adherence to state and safety standards
• Participate in emergency response and on-call rotation as needed

What You Bring

• Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting (preferred)
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage
• Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
