What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 2+ years of hands-on multifamily maintenance experience
• Strong HVAC skills with EPA Certification (Type II or Universal)
• Solid knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and building systems
• Availability for after-hours emergency calls
• Must own basic tools and have reliable transportation
• Great communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance for the entire property: buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment aligned with company and OSHA standards
• Complete service requests and prepare units for move-in
• Respond quickly to resident repair needs and emergency calls
• Support hiring, training, and managing maintenance and custodial staff
• Provide top-notch customer service to residents and guests
• Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and the maintenance budget
• Coordinate and supervise contractor and vendor work
• Ensure all work complies with EPA, OSHA, and Fair Housing regulations
