Maintenance Supervisor

Peak Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our upcoming 500+ unit property, Partridge Meadows. This role is ideal for someone with maintenance experience, including technical skills, HVAC understanding, electronic troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a maintenance team to provide exceptional, above-standard service to residents and clients.
• Manage on-call rotations and oversee daily maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

• Maintenance experience with technical, HVAC, and electronic troubleshooting skills.
• Previous lease-up experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged standing and walking
• Ability to climb ladders, bend, crawl into tight spaces
• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Traverse properties in various weather conditions
