Job summary

Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for an apartment community in North Texas. The role requires a proven background in apartment maintenance and the ability to supervise maintenance staff, coordinate work orders, and respond to on-call emergencies.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or equivalent, have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle, and be familiar with EPA certification. We offer a competitive benefits package and retirement plan.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with proven skills for an apartment community located in North Texas. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain the upkeep of a property’s grounds
• Making ready apartments (punching andpainting)
• Running work order tickets
• On - call maintenance emergencies
• Special assigned property projects
• Providing exceptional customer services to residents
