Picerne Real Estate Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Plainville, MA. The role requires general knowledge of apartment maintenance and a hands-on approach to upkeep, punch-outs, and responding to work orders.

You will work on-site and support residents with timely, courteous service. Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, snow removal, on-call emergencies, and special projects, with a competitive hourly rate and benefits package.

• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable vehicle.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician with proven skills for an apartment community located in Plainville, MA. A general knowledge of apartment maintenance is required.

• On-call maintenance emergencies
