Nxt Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Lehi, UT properties. This on-site role will oversee daily maintenance operations, assign work orders, and supervise the maintenance team to ensure timely repairs and high resident satisfaction.

You will conduct regular property inspections, manage preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining accurate records. A strong focus on safety, codes, and asset preservation is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have strong supervisory, scheduling, and performance oversight.
• Experience with residential or multi-family maintenance in lead roles.
• Proficient in diagnosing issues and implementing solutions.
• Familiar with safety regulations and building codes.
• Able to use maintenance management software and basic computer apps.
• Must be able to lift and perform physical tasks.
