Role Description

The Maintenance Supervisor – Lease-Up is a full-time, on-site role based in St Augustine, FL, responsible for overseeing maintenance operations during the lease-up phase of a residential community. This role includes leading and scheduling the maintenance team, coordinating unit turns, and ensuring that building systems, common areas, and grounds are maintained to high standards. The Maintenance Supervisor conducts and oversees preventive maintenance, diagnoses issues, and performs or coordinates repairs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other property systems. The role also involves maintaining safety and compliance standards, managing maintenance inventory, collaborating with property management to support move-ins and resident service requests, and responding to urgent maintenance needs. The Maintenance Supervisor helps create a well-maintained environment that supports resident satisfaction and a successful lease-up.
