Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, safety compliance, and customer service. This role involves overseeing staff and vendors to maintain the property effectively.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance operations, ensure safety standards, and respond to work orders
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily
• Manage supplies and maintain a preventative maintenance program
• Supervise maintenance staff, provide training, and evaluate performance
• Ensure excellent customer service and resident relations

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC preferred
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards

Physical Requirements

Must be able to move, inspect, operate machinery, and work in various environments, including outdoor weather conditions. Ability to lift and move objects over 100 lbs. and work overtime, weekends, and emergencies as needed.

License/Equipment

Reliable transportation is required due to on-call responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $30-$35 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, bonuses, paid sick days, and holidays.
